  • CSJ ONLINE RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

    We will happily offer an exchange within 14 days of purchase, if the item has not been worn and damaged in anyway and it is presented in its original condition.

    Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for an exchange or refund.

    I SENT IT BACK! WHAT NOW?

    Exchanges are typically processed within 14 days.

    CSJ will not subsidize postage return charges this is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • PACKAGING

    All orders come packaged in CSJ branded boxes and gift wrapped ready for giving.

    If you are ordering more than one item and require multiple boxes or bags, please let us know.

    CSJ offers handwritten gift cards with all purchases. Specify a gift message when you check out by selecting "this is a gift" and we will package your item appropriately.

    POSTAGE

    CSJ uses Australia Post to ship your package. We are proud to use 100% Aussie made and compostable ‘Hero Packaging’ Mailers.

  • CARE OF YOUR NEW CSJ JEWELLERY

    Sterling silver, brass and copper are naturally soft metals and require special care to avoid damage. Avoid exposure to perfumes, oils and household chemicals.

    If tarnishing occurs, wipe with jewellery cleaning cloth. To extend the life of your metal jewellery, CSJ recommend storing your piece in a zip lock bag, soft pouch or jewellery box, out of direct sunlight.

    CSJ is a small business/ single operator. We are committed to sustainable manufacturing practises and are 100% hands on during the design and manufacturing process.

    CSJ is dedicated to supporting local suppliers, small business and communities.

    We’ve included changes to our postage packaging with the use of compostable HERO mailing bags. Where possible we replace our plastic protective wrap with paper/ recycled cardboard alternatives.
